BMW 5 & BMW 7 Series Cars in Pakistan

BMW 5 Series:
BMW and sports sedans are inseparable, and a large number of models prove this. However, for those who want a luxury sports car (SUV), the price of the 5 Series is always at its best. But today, the demand for medium-sized luxury cars is growing. With the application of assisted driving and connection technology, safety has increased and efficiency has become a part of the problem. Oh, yeah, and it’s still comfortable. This means that BMW can't be alone, so in 2017, BMW will launch a new 5-Series sedan series. Lighter, more efficient, and still full of power. Like all five previous series, this new 2017 model has a variety of powertrains and engine combinations. But first, let's start with the basics. To increase efficiency, the chassis is 137 pounds lighter than the previous one. BMW uses more aluminum and high-strength steel in strategic locations to reduce weight. Most of the panels on the outside of the body are made of aluminum and are designed to make the body look slimmer. The interior is also illuminated, albeit visually, with a new dashboard and a large number of updated central control areas reflecting a smoother design. Most importantly, the new dash improves visibility and overall sense of space. Initially, only two variants were available: the 530i (2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder) and the 540i (3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder).

Shortly after that, there will be two other variants available: plug-in hybrid 530e and turbocharged v8 performance model M550i. The 530i and 540i can be driven on the rear or all-wheel drive, while the 530e and M550i will only be driven in all-wheel drive. Regardless of the configuration, all 5 Series sedan will be equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 530i is rated at 252 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The engine provides a solid thrust from a stop, even at higher speeds, it feels responsive to the input. However, you can see that it works very hard in some situations, so if you want a general effortless acceleration, the 3.0-liter engine is a better choice. The engine produces 340 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, providing immediate torque and power at all points within the speed range. Unique new technology If you were a BMW owner, you will quickly learn about the latest iDrive user interface. Even if you are not, it is easy to adapt. This 10.5-inch high-resolution screen now accepts multi-touch input, so there are multiple ways to interact with the system. These 5 series also feature gesture control that accepts and rejects calls, raises and lowers the volume, and uses your hand's fluctuations around the menu structure. Gesture controllers should be careful, you may want to turn off this feature because your gestures will cause iDrive to react.

BMW 7 Series:
The 7 Series is the flagship model of the BMW brand. Since 1977, it has continuously interpreted the “BMW style luxury” to the world. The 6th generation BMW 7 Series was officially launched in 2015, and the model will be renewed in the medium term next year. Netcom obtained a set of spy photos of a new BMW 7 Series 2018 from the US media auto-evolution. The new car has undergone a minor upgrade to the exterior, and the power of some models has improved. In addition, the new 7 Series will also update its intelligent driver assistance system. Under the opportunity of major auto companies to deploy autopilots, BMW will naturally launch the most advanced technology on the flagship model. This time, the new 7 Series is expected to optimize and upgrade its human-computer interaction system and intelligent driver assistance system to provide a more efficient and safer driving experience.

The new BMW 7 Series has been camouflaged on the front and rear and is expected to be slightly modified. However, BMW's classic "double kidney" grille and "Angel Eye" headlights will still appear on the new car. The size of the new BMW 7 Series is not expected to change. Its length, width, and height are still 5,250*1, 902*1, 498 mm and the wheelbase is 3,210 mm. The rear end of the new BMW 7 Series is similar to the current model. The bottom is made up of two exhaust tails on both sides, and the vent is decorated with chrome-plated material to match the chrome strips running through the trunk to enhance the overall texture of the tail. The new BMW 7 Series will continue to use the current engine and is expected to increase the power of some models. Among them, the maximum power of the model with the 3.0T engine will be increased from 240 kW to 250 kW; the maximum power of the model with the 4.0T engine will be increased from 330 kW to 347 kW; and the total power of the new energy model with 2.0T engine + electric motor may be 240 kW has been increased to 291 kW to improve the cruising range of pure electric drive.
