Toyota's new Aygo was officially released at the Geneva Motor Show. The new design style appeared in prominent positions such as lights, grilles, and bumpers. The color bumps gave a strong and bold visual impact. At the same time, it also shows the style of the car.
The new Toyota Aygo 2018 avant-garde style is full of personality, the X-shaped front face makes it different from its sister models Citroen C1 and Peugeot 108, and subtly emphasizes the independence of the Toyota brand. The front face is matched with the different colors of the body, which is very contrasting. The design of the rear bumper echoes the shape of the front face, and the lines are sharp and aggressive. The side of the body is embedded with a sloping waistline from the upper part of the trunk to the front door to make it look more powerful. The internal structure of the taillights of the new car has also been redesigned to look more refined. At the same time, the large black rear windshield at the tail is also a common design method for mini-cars. Unlike the current model, the "AYGO" at the rear of the new car moves to the left side of the car. In addition, the two style wheels provided by the new car are also more dynamic, more in line with the positioning of the sports mini-car.
In terms of power, the new car is powered by a 1.0L three-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 53kW (72PS) and a peak torque of 93N·m. The transmission system is matched with a 5-speed manual or X-shift semi-automatic transmission. In addition, the car uses a suspension system with a more rigid rear axle and a thicker rear balance bar combination, while the 0-100km/h acceleration time is 13.8s and the top speed is 160km/h.
